Registration fee

The cost for the symposium for doctors and dentists is €90,00 (both physically present or online). 
The cost for medical imagers and nurses is €50,00 (both physically present or online).  

Registration fee for physical attendance includes entrance to the symposium, breakfast, coffee and sandwich lunch.

Payment can only be made online and not afterwards by bank transfer. You will automatically be directed to the payment page when you register. Only after successful payment, your registration is final and you can participate (physically or online) in the symposium. 

Registrations can be canceled up to two weeks before the symposium (with refund). No refund will be provided for later cancellations or failure to attend the symposium.

Parking

You can park in the hospital's visitor car park. The parking tickets are validated free of charge at the reception desk.

Accreditation

  • Accreditation is approved by the FANC.

    • 0h30 for Radiotherapists
    • 1h00 for RX Nuclear Technicians
    • 2h00 for Radiologists
    • 2h00 for Connexists
    • 1h00 for NGRX Authorized Persons
    • 1h00 for RX Authorized Persons
    • 1h30 for Dentists
  • Accreditation is approved from the NIHDI for physicians.

    (activity number 26011443 for on-site participation, activity number 26011444 for online participation)
  • Accreditation is approved from the FPS Public Health, Food Chain Safety, and Environment for hospital pharmacists.

Accreditation is only granted upon correct registration during the symposium (registration in your own name at the start of the symposium) and effective attendance of the symposium. Dentists are also required to complete the evaluation form immediately after the symposium.

Attendance certificate

The attendance certificate is send digitally afterwards. Please also check your spam folder. Attendance certificates will only be issued if you have registered correctly during the symposium (registration in your own name at the start of the symposium) and if you have effectively followed the symposium.
