Coming from Bruges or from Kortrijk, take the E403 motorway to exit 6 Roeselare-Rumbeke. Right after the exit, there is signage you can follow to AZ Delta. To park, follow the signs for visitor parking ('bezoekersparking'). You can validate your parking ticket free of charge at the conference. The conference centre is located right next to the main campus of AZ Delta in Roeselare (Oekene). You can reach the auditorium via the main entrance on the third floor (directions are provided), or via the lifts (L1-L2) at RADar.
It's possible to charge your electric car near exit 6 Roeselare-Rumbeke. Fastned provides several fast charging points there (CCS: 4x 300kW - CHAdeMO: 2x 50kW).

Using public transport, take buses on line 4 and line 6 from Roeselare station to Rumbeke campus. These buses stop in front of the main entrance. The conference centre is located right next to the main campus of AZ Delta in Roeselare (Oekene). You can reach the auditorium via the main entrance on the third floor (directions are provided), or via the lifts (L1-L2) at RADar.
Line 4: 1 time per hour, with intermediate stop Batavia
Line 6: 2 times per hour, with intermediate stops Rumbeke and Oekene
