In the masterclass, you will:
- Learn how to standarise healthcare data using the OMOP CDM
- Transform source data to OMOP using FHIN tools (RIAB®, RabGin® and Keun®)
- Use Google Cloud Platflorm services (BigQuery, buckets and datasets) to store, process and analyze data at scale
- Build and run an ETL pipeline
- Map clinical data to standardized vocabularies
- Extract and analyse data from the OMOP CDM.
